Important Arrival Instructions:

Welcome! Thank you for choosing Bear Mountain Log Cabins for your vacation or weekend getaway.

Here’s what you need to know:

It is self-Check in we are only available to help with check in until 10pm

Phone/text support will not be available after 10pm unless it’s a life safety emergency.  it’s critical that you complete your pre checkin from Chargeautomation as soon as you book, definitely before 4pm so you are sure to have all your information including door code.

Check In: 4pm

Check Out: 10am

Note: If the keypad does not work correctly we do have a backup lockbox with key, call property number for assistance.(Please return the key to the key box upon departure.)

Mini Split heat and air: The snowflake symbol is for AC and Sun symbol for heat, if you switch modes it will take 5-10 minutes to switch and blow cold or hot.

Departure Checklist:

• Please hang all used washcloths, hand towels and bath towels over the side of the sink, bathtub or over the shower door. 

• Please wash all dishes and return them to the cabinets. We don’t mind if a glass or two is left in the sink, but we do charge extra to clean excessive dishes, per the Terms and conditions.

• Return all furniture, inside and outside, to the original position (if moved).

• Please bag all trash and leave in room. Housekeepers will remove.

• Please turn the heating/cooling to 68 in winter and 72 in summer

• Please close and lock all windows and doors

• Please return the key to the keybox.

Please do a final walk through and look for any items you may have left behind (Jewelry, Jackets, Tablets/Mobile devices, Chargers, etc.) If we find your lost items, we can ship them to you, although it’s difficult for us to process lost items quickly during busy months. Note, we are not responsible for items left behind. There will be a $50 handling fee applied in addition to shipping cost for left behind items that are requested to be shipped.  

Rules:

• Guests must be 23 or older to rent. No unauthorized guests other than those listed on reservation, failure to report correct amount of guests may result in eviction with no refund.
• If your unit has a hottub, no children in hottubs under 14 (or unattended if above 14) no exceptions. Please rinse off before you get in the hottub. ABSOLUTELY NO BATHBOMPS,SOAPS OR OILS, IF YOU USE SOMETHING THAT CREATES FOAM OR HEAVILY SOILS THE HOTTUB THERE WILL BE A $200+ CLEANING FEE APPLIED TO YOUR CARD.
• Absolutely no bath bombs, oatmeal scrubs, bubble baths, etc in jacuzzis, if evidence of is found we will charge a $100 cleaning fee.
• No smoking inside the property (including vape/e-cigarettes, marijuana). If you smoke in unit we will contract a remediation company to inspect and document smoke damage and treat unit, you will be billed for the fees ($300-500)
• No parties or events. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced and may result in eviction with no refund. Noise complaints will receive one warning then eviction on subsequent complaints.
• 1 Dog under 50 lbs with $50 fee, no other pets allowed unless approved by owner, unauthorized pets will cause eviction and incur a $200 fee.  Dogs must be crated if left alone in cabin (zero exceptions) failure to do so will result in eviction with no refund.  Dog’s must be on a leash outside of cabin and waste picked up.
• Wood burning fireplace or stove: If you smoke the cabin up we will contract a remediation company to inspect and document smoke damage and treat unit, you will be billed for the fees ($300-500)
• Do not use outdoor firepits when a county burn ban is in effect.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• No illegal activity, drugs, or firearms on premises.
• Guest is responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy during stay.
• No open flames (candles,etc)
• Do not vacate cabin with a fire going in the fireplace or stove if applicable. DO NOT DUMP ASHES AND CHARCOAL NEAR CABINS!
